King County sales stats

February 28th thru March 5th

New Active Listings: 239

Pending Listing: 369

Canceled: 31

April 2nd thru April 9th

New Active Listings: 335

Pending Homes: 313

Canceled Listings: 70

As you can see inventory has increased. That is natural for our spring market. With that said, the amount of listing going "pending" is about the same as that amount of new ones coming on the market. As things change we will keep you up to date.
